Question: How do I place an order ?

Answer: simply add any product to your cart and proceed to checkout using the dropdown from top right corner. Provide your contact details in the form and your order is finalised.

Question: When would I get my delivery ?

Answer: After you have finalised your order, you will be contacted by a person from the Pak – Mart confirming the exact time and date of your convenience. Normally ships within two to three days.

Question: What if my delivered product is faulty / damaged ?

Answer: If the product delivered to you is damaged or faulty you can return your product without accepting the delivery. You will be shipped new product without any cost on your part.

Question: What is the Warranty of the product ?

Answer: Whereas there is straight policy on damaged / faulty goods. The warranty of the products vary from product to product. The exact warranty details are provided with the products wherever applicable.

Question: How do I use My coupon ?
